    This is misleading - it's only Sydney and Melbourne that are booming. The rest of Australia has had little growth for 10 years and Perth has actually gone backwards, with a lot of negative equity being experienced compounded by decreased rents of 30% or more.

    To the above commenter. It's not misleading at all. The report is based on the house prices as a ration of incomes and has nothing to do with growth rates. Perth was absurdly high to begin with.
