    A very informative and well structured article. Sound advise and very practical advise. You may also consider the following;
    NEW Units sold by people other than real estate agents typically have a huge commission payment component.
    If the unit is bought as an investment don’t just appoint the local agent because they are local, to manage the property. How the property is managed will reflect on future property value.
    Make sure you appoint an agent that is not scared of Strata mangers. Unfortunately most are due to
    ignorance and Strata Managers take advantage of this costing the lot owners $1000’s.
