Boganomics & Ge 101. Whereby the white flight bogans are scared off by"foreigners"forming ghettos in suburbs with decent rail links. The Ghettos soon attract hipsters, yuppies, dinks, bohemians and others. Its happened in Newtown, Marrickville, Liechhardt, Redfern, Summer Hill, Five Dock, Burwood its happing right now in Ashfield, Campsie,Canterbury, Earlwood and even in Lidcombe and Bloody Bankstown. Soon the ghettos become chic inner west suburbs . This= progress through white flight and gentrification.Rinse and repeat.
