Brought an apartment off the plan. The property is completed and is now valued less than the contract price I brought it for. I cant get a bank loan. I asked for a nominee and none can be found. I accept that I will loses my deposit and pay penalties. But now the developer says that they can resell the property at whatever price they like and if it falls short of the contract price then I have to make up the difference. Is this true

    Get your solicitor to have a look at the contract of sale.

    The should also be able to advise if this is enforceable.

    Thanks Elisa Good advice. I contacted my solicitor today and emailed them the contract plus every discussion between Real Wealth and myself.
