My partner and I are currently trying to sell our apartment in Footscray, Victoria, and are hoping to attract people wanting to buy investment properties, but are not sure how to attract them directly.
Despite being listed on various property search engines, the interest generated only seems to be with passers by.
It's listed as $280,000+ and is two bedroom and close to do many amenities but no one seems interested!

Any advice?

I wouldn't discount going over and above what your agent is doing on the regular sites like real-estate and domain by trying a few of the smaller free sites... there are a heap out their and all with the ability to upload your listing for free (agent free). also my parents sold their place on gumtree (of all places) from a free listing.

    Good luck!
