Is now a good time to consider the ‘renovate and flip’ strategy?

I already read your article. I learned a lot from this. People who wants to renovation their house should read this article. Most people just buy some expensive furniture just to make their house look good. There are also times that they buy cheap products to save money. Thanks for sharing.

A great article but I'd add this tip when choosing your property. Look at the rental return figures of your chosen property. Ask yourself what will be the ROI% for a landlord on the total cost after renovation. If this % is healthy you shouldnt have any issue selling and if worst comes to worst you can hold the property as a rental till you find a buyer.
Townsville and many NQ inner city suburbs currently offer properties, which after purchase and all new bathrooms and kitchens, that will be cash flow positive.
If you're looking to invest below $300k we can give you a number of properties to consider. Mark at Silk Homes qld.
