    Why is my investment property loan of 25 years being hit with a 2.70% increase? This is simply a cash grab. My property is in Brisbane, not Sydney or parts of Melbourne where the market is going gangbusters.

    That's right out needs to be applied to the past 18 months purchases only.

    And investors in Sydney and Wollongong Melbourne and outer suburbs need to have .5% increases and 30 to 40% deposits. Makes property more likely to be cash positive and therefore more tax to the govt and slows down growth to normal non idiodic level
