Hello All,
As a property manager, what quality should have a property manager to convenes the landlord?

    Hi Alex,

    Not sure about your question... What do you mean by "convince"? Property managers are expert middlemen. They represent the landlord when dealing with prospective and current tenants. Through a formal agreement with the landlord, property managers know what their responsibilities are and how much authority they have in overseeing the landlords' properties.

    There are no. of things which make a wholesome of a good property manager. But the two most important are, good communication, as you have to convince the buyer to buy the concerned property and secondly experience is what this market demands.
