It has long been a popular belief among property investors that a large concentration of housing commission in an area will negatively affect private housing prices. Only now has this belief been confirmed

    Would be good to see if there is a similar fidning around the Kenisgnotn public housing estate that has recently been redevloped. Can the estates change to add value to the local housing stock?

    I don't know if you can say just because thats how it is in melbourne thats how its going to be everywhere else. it seems to me that melbourne housing comission is built at a different time than many other places and is quite different from some of the smaller capital cities

    Oh... and my property is really close to public housing and its made no difference!
