    Brisbane is really starting to be recognised as the world class city that it is. With its limited supply of housing stock, prices should increase somewhat over the next few years (IMO). Get in quick while the affordability is still there or, do nothing and kick yourself later.

    agreed- Brisbane is B class, but its on a strong growth path in order to get it to , say, where a Melbourne is now. Sure itll take time- at least 10 years- but current growth rates will likely get it there.
