Feedback from vendors and buyers is an important tool in increasing transparency in the real estate industry according to an online platform that tracks the performance of real estate agents

While I am a huge advocate for increased transparency and lifting the bar on the ethical behaviour and processors used by real estate agents, I question if these platforms provide real transparency.
Agents use these as a marketing tool, and they pay to have access to them. Real Estate is a theatre of spin and illusion and these platforms provide a stage for the performance, of some, that work that element especially well.
I do not think it is a reflection of the best agents..if it were, then surely the latest winner of the REIA 2016 Residential sales agent award, Jonathan Charles, of IPG Woden in ACT would be on these platforms.
