We have a property for sale but we're not getting many bites! Why?

My partner and I recently put our lovely 2 bedroom fully renovated Footscray apartment up for sale. It's a great place, we've lived in it for three years and did all the work ourselves. It's close to everything you could want; restaurants, cafes, parks, bicycle track, river, Melbourne showgrounds, public transport etc. However in the last month about about 10 inspections, only three people have come to view it.

Is there something wrong with our listing or the way we've approached it?
It's intended to be directed towards property investors who can see that this place will be easy to rent out and get a lot of revenue with it.

Could it be the price is too high? Happy to buy it depending upon the price and terms
