The Beijing Property Show
is the largest and best attended show in the region, it has been operating for 17 years. Over the last couple of years, with the increased spending power of local Chinese residents, we have incorporated the overseas property section to the show. The show, held in both the spring and autumn, has grown from 40 overseas exhibitors last autumn to over 80 this April.
In our last show over the weekend of April 23-24, 2011, almost a quarter of the exhibitors were promoting Australian properties. There is a massive demand for Australian property and this is set to grow. Not only were developers there themselves but we had agents who were also representing the top developers like Mirvac and Burbank.
The dates for next show are:
15-18 September, 2011
World Trade Center, Beijing
