    Property may be less volatile than shares or other investments. You can earn rental income if it's tenanted. If your property increases in value over time you will benefit from a capital gain when you sell.

    Very nice! It will help me to clear many doubts in my mind. I believe, there are so many benefits to investing in real estate. Make sure you have enough knowledge about real estate. Buy a property, and rent it out for some time, you'll get monthly income as well. When you sell the property, you'll get benefit from the value of the property.

    Why do you not invest in real estate: you lose money - holding costs are far to high and rents are too low. Residential real estate is a very poor investment during long periods of low capital gain.
