    This would be possible, if Australia will no longer be the “great place to live in” & “great place to do business” next decade based on the article. For now the Australia is known to more competence on many great things right now. Wishing and hoping this won't happen.

    Based on the article, Australia is “great place to live in” & “great place to do business”. Hoping and wishing this will still be true on the next decade. We have great minds and sense of competence, we should not let the fire burn low.

    In fact this is one of the unfortunate factor that Australia is holding back now. Making consumers saying they "expect very little progress in the areas of their beloved country" as explained in the article.
