Hi Folks, as a long-term reader of the magazine, I would like to understand how fellow investors keep track of their property portfolio. I have been using a paper based approach mixed with a very BIG spreadsheet which is now coming to become a hassle as I am rapidly growing my portfolio. I want to know where my portfolio is at at any stage instead of switching between different methods.

Your advice is appreciated.

Many Australian professional property investors are using PropertyDirector

I use the tool myself and it's currently a free 12-month sub, so worth registering. I stopped using spreadsheets since using it, as it gives you a single screen showing months across the top and expenses listed down the screen. Super easy to use and add as many properties and upload as many statements as you like at no further cost.

Give it a go and let me know how you go.

Do you have a link for this software? I've searched PropertyDirector on google and cannot find anything relevant.
