New research from the Property Council of Australia called out Sydney councils for not providing the housing the city’s growing population needs

What rubbish! The perception that there is a housing supply problem is false. The reality is rampant property speculation in metropolitan areas (I.e. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane), a political regime propping up negative gearing, an over reliance on household wealth tied to property ownership, and a horrendous lack of attention both are the state and federal levels to regional development, which is destroying local opportunities and communities in the regions.

I disagree, there is a lot of available housing and commercial properties, take any real estate agency and you can see the sheer number of empty locations looking for tenants. By zoning more we would be destroying wildlife for no valid reason.
