It’s that time again – entries for Your Investment Property’s annual Investor of the Year Awards are now open.
Whatever your property investment strategy – and however new or experienced you are in the sector – this is the ideal chance to showcase your success to the whole of Australia. Feel free to encourage other investors you know to enter as well; there are categories to suit all levels of experience and success!
Here are the three categories open for entry:
- New Investor of the Year – awarded to someone who has been investing for 5 years or less and is at the beginning of their investment journey
- Reno Investor of the Year – awarded to someone who uses renovation as their primary strategy for generating profit from property
- Strategic Investor of the Year – awarded to someone who has been investing for more than 5 years, using a proven strategy that has built their wealth.
Winners will each receive a prize pack worth over $6,600, including a 12-month subscription to Your Investment Property, a $500 eftpos card from award-partner Defence Housing Australia, a 12-month membership to LocationScore, and much more.
