Entries are now open for the second annual Property Investors Awards, organised by Your Investment Property.
Launched in 2018, the awards seek to establish a benchmark for excellence in the industry, allowing investors to reference Australia’s top performers and what they’re doing right.
This year, the awards include 12 categories recognising agents, brokers, advisors, property managers, stylists and other specialist professions adjacent to real estate. These businesses help navigate the complex waters of investment, and at their finest can really transform potential storms into smooth sailing.
To go in the running, businesses must submit an entry via an online form. Winners will be determined by an independent panel of judges and be featured in Your Investment Property magazine and online later this year.

- Buyers agent services
- Developers and builders
- Investor loan product
- Landlord insurance provider
- Mortgage brokerage
- Property investment advisor
- Property management
- Property stylist
- Renovation services
- Short-term rental services
- Tax/depreciation services
