After an astronomical run, price growth in the coastal suburb of Yalyalup looks to have slowed significantly.

The past five years have seen Yalyalup’s median house price increase by a very impressive 165%, but more recent figures paint a different story.

Over the last three years prices have only increased 8%, while in the past 12 months they have gone backwards by 2%.
