Bryce Holdaway is the Co-Host of Location Location Location Australia on Foxtel’s Lifestyle Channel and a Partner at Empower Wealth. A qualified Buyers Advocate and Financial Planner, Bryce holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Real Estate Agent Licence and Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Ben Kingsley on the other hand, is the Chair of Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) and Founding Director of Empower Wealth. A qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA), he also holds a Real Estate Agency License (VIC, NSW and QLD), a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and Diploma of Business.
In a casual ‘conversational’ style, Bryce and Ben talk all things property investing in Australia. Each week they explore relevant and topical ideas in a fun and interesting way forming a complete guide to property investing. From which property to buy, structuring your loan, find the right property investment strategy to tips for bidding at an auction, they aim to share their knowledge with you.
