More regulatory action could occur if banks can't get investor lending under control themselves

When will these MORONS learn!? APRA should all be sacked! Too little too late!

Easy fix is making investor lending have a 40% to 50% deposit. SIMPLE.
NO I/O loans unless 40-50% deposit.
Foreign Buyers 40 - 50% deposit. (This also includes those Non-residents for tax purposes!)

Bigger deposit requirements will put an end to this B.S craze driven by artificially low interest rates!
