    Its illegal for them to buy established properties. New rules take effect Dec 1st

    If the value of the investment drops, you can't claw money out of Chinese investors via a Chinese court, what is their incentive to repay if they experience loses? This businesses lending the money seem at risk. Those individuals that lent these businesses money to in turn loan out may be Australians, retirees investing their super, etc, are they aware what risks they are taking?
