Since its release in October, the Your Investment Property iPad edition has received great feedback from users who have told us they love its easy-to-use convenience and interactive features.

    I'm a reader of your magzine from China, Beijing. I downloaded and subscribed your magzine on my ipad from Feb 2012. But since this Nov, i have a problem of downloading the new issue for Dec and Jan!
    The APP kept on telling me download failed. I have been missing 3 issues! Please do help me on this. I really love your magzine and I have several properties in Sydney. I need the most updated datas!

    There are no longer any interactive features and the app has no extra content at all. This has been good until the last update, now the app is dreadful. I wish I had a paper subscription because I don't like the ipad one anymore.

    Thank you for your feedback on the format for YIP iPad.

    We have changed the distributor for our iPad edition and an unplanned result of this was that we lost of our all our previous interactive files. In order to have the previous issues available right away we uploaded our archive pdf files.

    We are re-introducing interactivity as we release each new issue. Issue 74 had limited interactivity including links to live data on highlighted suburbs and issue 75 will have even more – including the ability to jump to stories and sections from the cover and contents pages.

    As we discover how far we can push the new platform we will continue to introduce more and more interactivity. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    In relation to any subscribers having problems with downloading new issue or missing back issues, we are able to fix this from our end however we need your YIP subscription info to do so.

    If you haven’t done so already, can you please update the YIP App to version 2.0.1 and the go to the RESTORE tab. You should see your subscription info under the message that says “Your subscription has been restored successfully…” It will say: “Your subscription information: then a set of numbers underscore the date when you first subscribed underscore more numbers and a few letters.

    If you could either copy and paste or take a screen shot of this info and forward this to We will be able to restore all missing subscription issues right away and reset the subscription dates so forward issues within your subscription period do not prompt you for payment.
