Now that the election is out of the way it would seem that the battered and bruised Resource Sector is set for a recovery in sentiment and confidence.

    Its great what you achieved there however, I think the best days are behind us in Port Hedland. Currently lots of stock on market. Rental yield have pulled back. Prices are falling as per the rpdata chart (see below). Investor sentiment (as Port Hedland property is mostly investor driven) is more important than iron ore prices. Investors are concerned about China slow down.
