Increased levels of housing stock are catching up with, not outstripping, demand

So we will be like Hong Kong and have a crammed and terrible looking city with developers making poorly constructed buildings for profit! It not only looks terrible, but adds to the stress of small apartment crammed city living, it also creates ghetto like atmospheres!
Typical greed of agents, developers and councils. Its proven to increase crime rates, and also makes for a glut in apartment sales! I bet after 10 years the 1970's buildings will be in better shape than the 'knock em up' cheap flashy ones that fall apart in 10 years!

No way..... get out while you can!
