If you have 50 K saving and a budget of 450K where would you buy a Unit around Sydney...

    I have my eye on regents park. The median price for units in this suburb is only 317K, which with a 90% LVR should leave you with left over money for stamp duty, legal costs and a nice buffer. In comparison to the house prices in this suburb I believe the units are still very affordable. Particularly for a suburb which is only 30 minutes train ride away from the city.
