The Property Buyer Expo, a major property investment event, will debut in Victoria next month at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. From Friday, 24 February to Sunday, 26 February, industry gurus will share valuable insights that will help attendees understand current market conditions and grasp where property markets are heading.

The hot panel topics and presenters across the three days include Chris Gray (who will discuss how parents and grandparents can help young Melbournians break into the housing market), and Arthur Namoudis (who will discuss how $50k can get investors a Toorak property with the help of fractional property investment).

Other featured Australian property experts include Effie Zahos, Editor of Money Magazine; Margaret Lomas, Managing Director of Destiny Financial Solutions; and Ben Kingsley, CEO of Empower Wealth.

“Being such a dynamic industry, it’s important that we remain at the forefront of the issues and opportunities facing property buyers,” said Kylie Mayer, organiser of the Property Buyer Expo. “Hence our unrivalled line up of industry-leading speakers and extensive list of exhibitors to give attendees tools, tips and insights to help them build wealth through property.”

“With so many leaders, decision-makers and influencers under one roof, the Property Buyer Expo is a must-attend event for those wanting to either break into the market, increase the value of their home or build extra wealth through property investment.”
