He'd probably struggle to spell 'motivated seller', or tie his own shoe laces for that matter, but a three-year-old has been let loose on the house hunting public by his real estate agent father.

Braedan Scott has donned a suit and tie to help create a video marketing stunt that his father, Brisbane real estate agent Brad Scott, says has struck a chord with family home buyers in the area.

“We’ve had more people view this marketing campaign than most of the ones recently marketed in my area put together,” said Scott.

Putting child exploitation claims aside, he claims that Braedan’s eight- and 10-year-old siblings can’t wait to get in on the action. But they may have to wait their turn after Braedan’s in initial success.

“They say don’t work with children or animals,” said marketing consultant Glenn Twiddle, “Well with the economic climate the way it is, with agents leaving in droves, we need to be seen as unique, interesting and entertaining in this new real estate world, so this won’t be the last time young Braedan dons the corporate tie.”
