The 2018 Budget: Impact on property

Last year’s federal budget was described by Dr. Wilson as “The Housing Market Budget”, and he says this one is not too far behind.

He is curious why the Government appears to be silent on many housing issues such as supply but believes it could be an indication they believe the property market is under control.   He does not agree!

In this video Dr. Wilson expresses an interesting view on the impact of the infrastructure spending announced last night and what is likely to happen with interest rates.

Don’t miss this 15 minute insight into the Budget’s likely impact on the property market.
