Roebuck Estate (Djugun) is only 5 minutes drive to the renowned Cable Beach and 3 minute drive to the central business district of Broome, Chinatown.  The estate has a great community atmosphere, with lovely parks, primary school, convenience store and child care centre. It is very family orientated.

4 bed , 2bath houses are the most popular.  Depending on the age of the property and other features prices range from $650,000 up to $800,000

Typical homes:

700m2 block, spacious open plan living, colorbond walls and roof, tiled throughout, air-conditioned and ceiling fans throughout, double carport. Mostly steel framed and corrugated iron.

Best amenities:

Largest and newest primary school in Broome, large parks, community feel with lots of families living within the estate, close proximity to town and Cable beach, convenience store, childcare centre.

Main businesses and employers:

There is still a great deal of on-going construction and maintenance of houses so quite a number of trades work within the area.  A majority of families living in Roebuck Estate work within Broome.

Recent changes:

Roebuck Primary school is forever growing.  New land subdivisions are also opening up from time to time.
