“You find especially in recent months that a lot of people are just swaying towards Dodges Ferry,” she says. “The relaxed lifestyle brings them in, but the affordability, to be honest, is also the kicker here.”
Mill says the suburb is far more desirable than comparable areas available to first home-buyers like Primrose Sands.
