Summary:

The number of auctions conducted in all capital cities, except for Adelaide, were fewer than the previous week and clearance rates continue to fall everywhere except Canberra which recorded the country’s highest clearance rate last weekend. 

Dr Andrew Wilson says the indications are that we are entering a buyer’s market.
