    If the property is cheap but their are some issues, or renovations required be sure to get your own building inspection. This is important not only for your piece of mind but to give you most negotiating power. My husband and I once overpaid by a good $5k for a hoarder home, people thought we were mad, we renovated it, leased it & lived in it, a few years later and made hundreds of thousands! Worth every penny & set us up for life!

    Sometimes a project house is the best investment! If your up for a challenge you can set yourself 4 life.

    Never rely on an agents word, pay a professional! It will be worth every penny!
