I am doubting if this is actually true. Sydney is facing a major growth if you look at the Airbnb properties which are available over the years. I do have all the insights, due to the fact I'm working at a Airbnb property management company called MadeComfy, and I see a tremendous growth in the current property investors customers. Don't get me wrong, but I think Sydney will be on top certainly for a few more years.

    Cheers,

Having a short-term rental process can be a great strategy to earn more money but the process is not hassle-free if you managing it alone. A great solution is to let your property be managed by an Airbnb property manager. They will remove all the hassle and make sure that your investment is financially optimised
