With three new o­ffices opened, the doubling of its staff, and huge organic rent roll growth, Pathway Asset Management has had a massive 12 months.

The property management group aims to eventually have a national footprint. Currently it has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, as well as ambitious plans to open 30 new o­ffices within the next 24 months.

“This year we’ve also introduced Customer Monitor, which we launched to maintain contact with clients and tenants and understand their journey and experience; this helps us to continually improve our interactions and service to them,” explains Anna Guy, department head at Pathway Asset Management.

“If we can identify an area we can improve, then we will create a process and conduct training to implement it across all our o­ffices.”

Guy says the group aims to be at the forefront of technology, with staff completely paperless and cloud-based in their use of software and processes.

Another unique side to the business is its holistic approach to maximising investor returns by helping clients improve their properties through renovation and project management.

“We have so many case studies of clients who we’ve helped renovate kitchens, bathrooms, painting or flooring for an increase in rental income for them. We handle it all and keep the owners in the loop with the solution, not the problem.”
