The blinds are starting to go up, I have sanded the floors and coated them. There's still a lot to do but we know we're almost done.
Choosing Tile Splash Back Over Acrylic
So I decided to go with a tiled splash back instead of using acrylic. I bought the tiles in National Tiles and had 30% discount plus about $40 to do the whole splash back against probably $600 for the acrylic
Ready To Put On The Tiles
The splash back base is on and now we're ready to tile!
We're Getting There

Staining The Deck
This is one of the last jobs before we go and it's not far from being completed.
Deck Is Finished
We finally finished painting the deck, both the balustrades and the floor boards. What a big difference it made!
